Websites
Designed, built and handed over. The source files are yours, and the domain can sit in your name or be managed for you.
Security
Malware removal with the route in traced, and named when the trail is still there to read. Hardening, and backups proved by running a restore.
Systems
Cleanups, repairs, custom builds and migrations. Accounts and data are copied first and checked against the old setup before anything old is wiped. Licences move where the vendor's activation allows it, and OEM keys often do not. Repairs are quoted case by case, and a drive that has already failed is assessed first and quoted separately.
Networks
Router, firewall and Wi-Fi, set up on site because the work means standing at the hardware. A VPN so you can reach your own network from outside without opening a port to the internet.

One number covers the whole package. It goes in the quote, and the quote is signed before work begins. Prices include 21% VAT, with the figure excluding it shown beneath each one.

No package carries a published build time. All four get a real date in the quote before you agree to anything. It is a firm target, not a guarantee against illness or absence, and if it is going to move you are told before it moves, with a new date.

EUR 47,19 incl. VAT. Hosting, SSL and domain watched. Weekly backup. Monthly updates. Uptime monitoring that raises an alert on working days, not overnight.
Care Standard, EUR 99
EUR 119,79 incl. VAT. Daily backups, monthly updates and one hour of content changes each month. Replies are aimed at within one working day.
Care+, EUR 199
EUR 240,79 incl. VAT. Weekly updates, three hours of changes each month that roll over once, and replies are aimed at the same working day.
Those reply times are targets on working days, not a desk staffed around the clock. Anything that takes a site offline goes to the front of the queue.

The obvious questions
Do you do this remotely, or do you come to me?
Both, and which one it is is settled at the free check. Software, security, websites, account work and most troubleshooting are remote. Router, firewall and Wi-Fi work is on site: it means reaching the device, power cycling it, running cable, and recovering when a firmware update or a factory reset drops the connection you were working over. Hardware, repairs, builds and cabling are on site too.
What does on site mean, and does it cost extra?
One person comes to you. The region you are in decides whether there is anything to pay for the journey. Every region served and its travel amount is published on IT help at home. Travel is named in the quote before you agree to it, never added to the invoice afterwards. If the travel would cost more than the job is worth, you are told at the check and pointed at someone closer.
What if the disk has already failed?
Then it is a different job. A dying or dead disk may have lost data before the machine ever arrives. No promise can be made about getting it back. The drive is assessed first, you are told what looks readable and what does not, and recovery is quoted separately with no guaranteed outcome. Physically damaged media goes to a specialist lab. That is expensive, and you decide whether it is worth it.
You are one person. What if you are ill?
The source files are yours and the work is built on standard code any developer can pick up. If Ridoco holds the domain or hosting for you, you can request a transfer at any time and the authorisation code is released at no charge. Nothing about your site depends on Ridoco still being here.
And the Care reply times, if you are ill?
They are targets on working days, not a guaranteed desk. There is nobody else to answer the phone. Planned time away is announced in advance. If a reply is going to miss the target you are told, and a month where the target is missed badly is a month you do not pay for. If that is not enough cover for your situation, say so at the free check.
Am I locked in?
No. Care plans cancel with 30 days notice, and the files are handed over and the domain transfer started with the authorisation code, at no charge, with a target of 5 working days rather than a guaranteed date, and the registrars set how long the move itself then takes.
An agency has four specialists.
True, and for a 5 to 25 page site that mostly buys coordination between them. For a platform with an app and a payment engine, hire the agency. You will be told so.
What happens after launch?
Nothing is required. A Care plan covers updates, backups and monitoring, with the reply target written into the plan.
