Branding that survives contact with reality.
Identity work you can hand to a printer, a developer or a supplier without a phone call attached. Every mark is drawn against your brief, delivered as high resolution files with transparent backgrounds, and handed over with written guidelines someone who has never spoken to Ridoco can follow.
What you receive
Deliverables, not mood boards. Every item below arrives as a file you keep, not as a description in a meeting.
Marks and wordmarks
The primary mark and the wordmark, in the horizontal, stacked and icon-only cuts you actually need. Nothing has to be squeezed to fit a favicon or a shopfront.
Light and dark variants
Checked on photographs and on the colours you already use, not only on white.
Colour system
Hex, RGB and CMYK values for every colour, with the body and heading text checked to WCAG AA (4.5 to 1 for body text, 3 to 1 for large text) so it stays readable at small sizes.
Type system
A heading face, a body face, and the sizes and weights that go with them. The sizes are picked at what you will really set, not at poster size.
Written guidelines
Clear space, minimum sizes, what is allowed and what is not, written plainly enough that a printer or a developer can apply it without having to ask first.
The files themselves
High resolution transparent PNG at every size you need, in every cut of the mark, plus the editable working files wherever the piece was built in a tool that produces one, handed over on final payment.
Vector is not sold here
The deliverable is high resolution transparent PNG. Vector conversion is not sold here, not quoted here and not included.
What arrives as standard
High resolution transparent PNG at the sizes you asked for, in every cut of the mark, light and dark, plus the editable working files wherever the piece was built in a tool that produces one. That covers websites, social profiles, documents, slides, video and most day to day print without any further work.
What is not sold here
Vector outlines. Large format print, signage, embroidery and cutting need them, and that conversion is not offered at any price. It is not work this company can reliably deliver. If you already know your printer will need vector, raise it at the free check and you are told straight away, and pointed at someone who does it.
How it runs
Four steps. Each one is agreed in writing, with its own price, before the next starts.
Written brief
Audience, positioning, tone, and every surface the mark has to survive, agreed in writing before any design starts.
Directions, as real applications
Shown on a sign, a card, a screen and a small favicon, not as floating logos on a slide where everything looks good.
Named revision rounds
The number of rounds is written into the quote. When they are used up, the work is finished.
Handover
Finished files, the written guidelines, and the usage rights transferred to you on final payment.
Before you ask
The things a design page usually leaves for you to find out later.
There is no portfolio here yet
Ridoco is new and no client work is published on this site. Nothing anywhere here is presented as delivered work for a customer. The Brief is the cheapest stage and the one that lets you see how the thinking works before committing to a mark.
Nothing is picked from a catalogue
There is no set of existing designs to choose from and nothing is recoloured to fit your brand. Every mark is drawn against your brief. If a ready made logo is what you are after, you will be told plainly that this is not the right fit.
What you keep if you stop
Stop after any stage and you keep full rights to everything that stage delivered, in the formats it lists. Extras such as animation are quoted separately and are never assumed. Vector conversion is not on that list. It is not sold here at all.
One person does the work
The person who reads your email is the person drawing the mark. There is no handover and no account manager in between. Nothing is passed to anyone outside Ridoco without telling you first.
See how it is staged and priced
Identity work is sold in named stages so the scope is never vague. What each stage delivers and what each one costs is set out on packages. Individual pieces such as stationery, social templates and signage are listed under design work.
