Hourly work and on-site travel
Work outside a package is billed by the hour. A visit to your address adds a travel charge set by province. Both are agreed in writing before anything is booked.

Three things worth knowing before you compare these to a quote from anyone else.
Every figure includes 21% VAT
The figure excluding VAT sits under each price. Which one matters depends on whether you can reclaim VAT.
The price is fixed before work starts
Scope, price, delivery date and the number of revision rounds go in writing first. A change of scope is a new quote.
What is deliberately not priced here
Security work, systems work and hosting are quoted after a free check. A single laptop and a five person setup are not the same job. See Security and IT services.
