Take one or both. The terms are the same either way: a fixed price and a named delivery date agreed in writing before any work starts, one person accountable for the result, and full rights to what you paid for.
One person doing the work is also the limit of it, and that gets said at the free check rather than discovered later. If something is out of scope, not worth doing, or better handled by somebody else, you will be told so. Book a free check and describe the problem.
