A site or a system that nobody maintains degrades. Care plans put maintenance on a schedule.
Three plans, at EUR 47,19, EUR 119,79 and EUR 240,79 a month, no VAT (KOR). Every one of them covers updates, backups, and monitoring. The two upper plans also carry a reply target. One person answers them. Care Basis has none and buys the scheduled work only.
Two details:
- Backups are proved by restoring them. A restore is run at a fixed interval and you get the result in writing. Not every individual backup is restore tested.
- You can leave. Domains and hosting can sit in your name, or the domain can be managed for you, and you can request a transfer at any time. The authorisation code is released at no charge. The target is 5 working days, not a guaranteed date, and the registrars set how long the move itself then takes.
