A short call about one thing: your website, your IT setup or your branding. Say what the problem is when you book. I look at what you have, tell you plainly what I would change and what it would take, and you decide what to do with that. 25 minutes, one per customer, no cost and no obligation. Anything past that is quoted as a fixed price, or booked as a paid consult at the published rate. You speak directly to the person who would do the work.
A visit to you, at your home or at your business. Hours are estimated and agreed before the visit and charged at the on-site rate, and going past that estimate needs you to agree to it first. Travel is a single fixed amount that depends on your province, and you pick your province on the booking form so it is part of the quote rather than a surprise on the invoice.
An hour of paid time, for a second problem after your free check, or for one that needs longer than a short call. EUR 95,00 excl. VAT for the hour, which is EUR 114,95 incl. VAT. Nothing is taken when you book; it is invoiced after the call. You get the same thing the free check gives, with more room in it: what I would change, what it would take, and what it would cost. If it turns into work, that work is quoted as a fixed price before any of it starts.
A short call to scope the install and agree the price and the date. Please answer these in the box below when you book, so nobody has to ask twice: hosting and control panel, PHP version, the domain and who holds its DNS, MySQL or the simple file database, whether you have your licence key, how you will send access, and any date you need it live by. Want your brand and pages set up as well? Add your logo, your two colours and the pages you want on day one. Moving an existing site across? Say what it is built on. If you do not know an answer, write that rather than guessing.
