Weekly timetable
Mon, Wed, Fri at 06:00
Forty minutes of intervals on the rower, the bike and the floor. Come having eaten something, and expect to be finished by seven.
Tue, Thu at 07:00
Squat, press and deadlift on a twelve week cycle. A coach checks every working set, so numbers go up without the technique falling apart.
Mon, Wed, Fri at 12:00
Forty five minutes on the bike with the resistance called out rather than guessed. Shoes are lent at the desk if you have none.
Tue, Thu, Sat at 08:00
A slow flow with long holds, aimed at the hips and the upper back. Mats and blocks are in the studio.
Mon, Wed at 17:30
Stance, guard and the first four punches, on pads and on the bag. No sparring in this session and no equipment needed.
Tue, Thu, Sat at 18:30
Eight stations, three rounds, scored. Every movement has an easier version written on the board next to it.

The building
Separate zones for strength, cardio and floor work, so nobody is queuing behind a warm up.
Competition height platforms, calibrated plates, and bars kept straight.
Cold plunge, sauna and space to sit still for ten minutes before going back to work.
Movement screening and a baseline you can measure the next twelve weeks against.
Seven days on the floor and in the classes, then decide. No contract either way.
